Just had response from 3rd lod,stating they now want £350 and my letter was a template from the web.sending response back ,stating take me to court please.

had a third letter over 3 weeks ago,no news here.anyone else had anything?

over 2 weeks since my reply to the third letter with no response.i have emailed various parties who have told me they are looking into ACS Law.Hope they get what they deserve.

i am on my third letter.they cannot take you to court with your ip.you could well be not secure ie password protected on your router.deny everything,this is a [problem] looking for people to scare imto passing money over.look at the letters of denial (lod) for a clearer view.do not say you have done something you clearly have not

i can only go by what i have had through the post ,i also sent a template letter & consider the matter closed.i hope you get the same response soon.if you want the details of the letter i sent up here then mail me. kind regards

sorry no scanner,talked to my isp & they have no concerns,basically reply within 2 weeks to avoid further action.looks like they are now blaiming your isp not you!looks like a template letter once more.

just had third letter through saying,our client made the order against your isp not you,your isp identified & found my ip address assigned to me.Verify this data with your isp and refer to details in previous communication.reply in 14 days to avoid any further action. mmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!

Just had my second template letter from ACS law stating my first reply was a template letter!They say i downloaded scooter jumping all over the world.Never heard of the band or album & didnt download it.Sky services said they had to give my details last year through a court order but reading this forum makes me feel it is more of a [problem] rather than a legit letter.Not doubting the firm is real but think they are using scare tatics to start people paying up front.This thread has gone a bit cold at the moment does anyone else have the same thing going on here.
