I have CCA'ed Lloyds TSB back on 1st July and got a response back Today 1st August. It seems to me that they have sent me 2 printed out terms and conditions and not what I asked them for. I have attached the letter Please can advise me what to do next as I have just received a letter from MHA Collections demanding I pay TODAY.
