I obtained a forthwith judgement against them on 30th August which, according to the court, they subsequently tried, and failed, to have overturned. Nor have I received any direct communication from them. I now find myself in the bizarre position of having to take enforcement action....

The Woolwich have made me the usual 'without prejudice' offer in full and final settlement etc. It's less than one third of the amount we were claiming. BUT we still have our mortgage plus reserve account with them. Is it conceivable that, should we pursue them for the entire amount we are claiming, they compel us to repay our mortgage/reserve account??? Any wisdom appreciated.
