yep thats how it went for us as well just completely ignore them do not in any way respond we have had about 6 now including the debt collectors one and now its gone quiet for 2 months.

agreed they will keep sending you crap, one letter saying one thing then another, then bogus debt collection agency letters etc. Just had one letter about a month ago from debt collection agency saying they were going to pass the matter back to parking company and yet they are still sending last chance to pay letters.. bottom line do not respond to there stuff in any way shape or form.

I'm still playing the say nowt game, have had the two letters from some phoney Debt Collection Agency Newlyn and now they have refered the matter back to the parking company for them to consider further action. Its all pretty much panning out as Lamma says i expect to get some letteres now from there "solicitors" with the same empty threats. I find it quite funny that the threats they make just don't appear because as it says they have no legal teeth at all. We will see I am quite content to play the waiting game with these cowboys.

Yes it was from some bozo's called Civil Enforcement for apparently exceeding the 2 hour parking in PC world in Huddersfield.

OK been doing the usual and ignoring the standard two letters/invoices and I now have a letter from some random deby collection agency called Newlyn giving a load of blah. Has anyone heard of these clowns? I'm thinking it might be time for a template type letter back at civil enforcement stating keeper verses driver etc blah, any thoughts or just keep ingoring? Hi folks first let me say this is a fantastic thread full of amazing info about these people, what a bunch of low lifes. Me and my girlfriend overstayed a 2 hour @ a local Huddersfield retail park back in June and received a blah blah letter/form/invoice from someone called Civil Enforcement based in Liverpool. I found this thread and had a good long read and decided the best course of action was no response. Anyhow naturally they have sent the reminder before legal action etc now which I expected. Do the experts recommend further ignores or a template letter as detailed above stating registered keeper etc, no admission, suggest they contact the driver etc? thank you kindly.
