usually you get the emergency credit by taking the key out and putting it back in again, but of course I have no key!

My barclaycard charges me 29.9% APR so I asked them for a better interest rate which they refused. I don't understand how they can refuse me when a friend of mine in the same financial position and with the same credit rating i.e. spotless, has an interset rate of 14.9%. I would change cards but I owe them £3000 because I had to use my barclaycard to pay my mortgage

I've used the credit the engineer who changed the meter put on but he said I would be sent a key before that ran out.

Hello all, does anyone know who I should contact to get my electric back on? Npower changed my prepayment meter a while ago and said a new key would be in the post. However they did not send a new key and the electric ran out. Yesterday they sent me on a mile long walk to a shop that does not issue Npower keys. When I got home they said they would send someone round within three hours. Three hours passed with no visit so I rang again only to find the customer service centre was closed until monday. I have had to go in to work to use the computer to try and find someone to call but I cannot find anyone who is open on a sunday. So I am left with no electric and no way of getting it back on!
