Thanks Blueda I requested CCA from MBNA and my other CCC 0n 17 july. to date MBNA have not acknowledge my request nor sent the information requested. My other CCC has indicated they are looking in their archives for the CCA . As neither have produced the requested paperwork in the dedicated time framework what should I do next. ? Pie2Pie

Thanks everyone for the advice ( followed it to the letter). My next question is once I have rec'd copy of the CCA how to I decipher it to find out if it is unenforceable? and what do I do next? cheers Pie2pie

could someone advise if it is better to get copy of CCA before I try and make a final offer to cleariutstanding balance on my MBNA credit card. I have card since 1997. Thanks pie2pie

Hi Iam new to the forum & looking for some advice. I recently requested CCA from MBNA and DCA that has taken over another outstanding CC. I didn't include £1 fee ( didnot realise had to basically) does this mean they can ignodre my request?
