7th june 06 - Data Protection Act 1998 access request received statements from NB - 18/07/06 0 (Dated 17/07/06) Completed spreadsheet and sent to NB 19/7/6 12th august - received letter dated 11th august saying charges are fair and no refund 14th august sent letter saying i intended to claim in small claims court if no refund within 14 days - Therefore 28th august is date i need to begin claims procedure -
