I know,but things like this really make me worry and i simply can't deal with being harassed right now.I was also accused last year by davenport of downloading hardcore gay porn! im straight! and that had me worried for months until i heard they were dropping the cases.I dont want to go through all that again

My file ID is also DEAA49C0D2B8F152E8486E 83EFB2929B3F9A1CAB and my ip is wrong on the last six numbers...what is the best way to approach this? it says i only have 21 days to pay.I know i didn't download the file but i could really do without this hassle and could probably scrape together the money just so i dont need to worry for months on end about this.I dont know what to do....

Are you sure they will not take me to court? i have never been to court in my life,i was worried for months on end from the letter davenport lyons sent me aswell, then i heard they stopped pursuing cases which gave me a BIG sigh of relief.And now again just months later im being accused of downloading things i did not download..£500 is alot for me right now but i dont want to go to court,i dont know what to do

I have also received a letter,i know for a fact i did not download a scooter song.What should i do? ignore it? i received a davenport lyons asking for £500 also a year ago for something i did not download,i ignored it and they did not bother me again.

I have also received a letter saying i download a scooter song this morning which i did not and they are asking for £500! Last year i received a letter from davenport lyons also accusing me of download pornographic material which i also did not do! What the hell is going on here?! i ignored the davenport lyons letter and they did not send out any more and now this ACS law group are accusing me of download a scooter song? Should i ignore them like davenport lyons? i can say with 100% certainty i did not download any scooter song.This is ridiculous!
