Hi, I just thought I'd update you all, it turns out that the TV I was given was an ex display model, which I expressed at the time I didn't want. I spoke to the manager of the store this morning and he is replacing it with a new, updated model, at no extra cost. To be honest I found the staffs attitude excellent in this case, I hope it continues. Thanks again for all your replies

Hi, I'm new to the forums and was wondering if anyone could help? I became a new customer at Brighthouse just 2 weeks ago and was successfully accepted for a new TV. When the TV came it looked in perfect condition, but after setting it up, it doesn't work. In your opinion, what will happen if I go to the store and speak to the manager and tell him what happened? I've had problems with shops before, I bought a second hand computer, the same thing happened but when I took it back to the shop, they said that they had tested it before it went out and that they couldn't do anything. Is this likely to happen again? Thank You for your replies
