Hello, Was it consumer protect or the car dealer that went into liquidation? Somone was trying to sell me a car warenty/insurance from that company today. The only details on their litreture was their address, only noticed this after I got home , seemed very odd not to have a telephone number or web address to look at. good luck p.s. guess that doubles the no I don't think so on getting it.
