wow i am in same boat.. starting .. i got a sticker, PCN, yellow, was parked in a disabled space at an empty college car park thewheelclampingcompany.co.uk says its 70, or 40 if paid within 14 days - there head quarters is also in preston! if you have received the 2nd and 3rd letters, surely isnt this a sign that they HAVE paid DVLA (watever cost) to gain your address details? - surely that alone is not a good thing, to be able to contact you im in a slightly different boat, they have ticketed me, but my car is german with german registration plates, where do i stand

wats the total your goin bankrupt for i live at home, not worked in 4 years, stil have lingering 14k debs from c/c 2 loans and paypal recently been on a gambling issue and lost all my savings (prem bonds cashed out to gamble and sadly lost over 2grand in matter of days) now i have nothing i cant aford to keep my car running let alone the car bills like tax, i live at home with parents and very very much wanna no more about bankrupcy and its entailings
