  1. Many thanks for all advice. As you know I am trying to ignore the first letter they sent to me, but I read some previous comments to say when they write to you, the best way to write back and the last letter will tell them shup up and bog off! when I read all the comments, I feel most people are still worried like me, so if I stop writing back, what will they do?
  2. I have got the third letter from Britannia Parking company, and the letter says: "Please supply the driver details within the next 7 days, or alternatively please make payment. Failure to make payment or supply driver details will result in an additional administration charge of £120 being levied, and the matter then pursued through the small claims court. As part of that process we will supply points of evidence, and request evidence details from yourself. Part of that evidence process will be a request for proff that other drivers have access and authority to use your vehicle. This could include as example details of an insurance policy and details of other vehicles in the household." Can anybody help how to write back this letter? (The first letter I said I am not driver, and all the details please read Page47--935)
  3. If I ignore the letter, I am afraid the debt collection will come to my house in the end. Do I need ignore any letter they sent to me?
  4. The problem is the contract word is not big enough to see. After purchasing the cheap books they offer, then realise have to buy more books. I think many people have the same experience. I don't like the way they sell the books to customer. every month they send the books which I never ordered and the invoice. All the books they sent are expensive. I just want to get rid of it without buying the books. Does anybody have ideas to do this?
  5. Last year I got one leaflet from pregancy pack book and bought five books from BFC(booksforchildren), every book price for £0.50, and After I purchased this company keep sending me books which they called editor choice every month and send me invoice with membership number and let me pay the money. the leaflet doesn't say anything about contract. All the books they send to me which I never ordered and all the books are very expensive. I try to call them and cancelled the membership, they said they have deleted the membership number from the editor choice, but they didn't and keep sending to me. They told me I have to purchase the four boooks one year and can finish the contract. Obviously this company desperate trying to sell the books to anyone. I have searched some info from internet and the comments says it is a trick. So what can I do? if I won't purchase the books, is it illegal? Does Anyone have experience to get out of this trick contract please help?
  6. Many thanks for your suggestion. I am waiting to see their first letter. and Can I use my husband's name to write a letter to say he is not driver, and ask for evidence who is the driver?
  7. I drove my husband's car to shopping tesco in Southampton and had a parking charge notice ticket £60 from Britannia Parking Ltd in West Quay retail park yesterday . The reason for that it says I have failed to display a valid ticket during the two hours. I didn't know the reason until I asked the person who have given me a ticket. He explained to me this car park has started charging now. It has been cancelled two hours free policy, then every one has to buy ticket if parking here. I didn't realize because the sign is not big enough to see. Could any one give me some idea how can I deal with this ticket? £40 charge within 14 days. Do I need to write a letter to explain that I didn't see the sign and attached the tesco receipt to prove with my name and signature? Or I am waiting their letter and let my husband wrote a letter to say he is not driver that moment?
