  1. Hello me again, i have also requested a copy of my original loan agreement and i have still not received this, it was requested on 5th Feb? What do i do now? Any advice gratefully received. Kelly
  2. Hello All, I have just received my first agreement copy from HSBC regarding my credit card, all it says is titled, your credit card, credit agreement regulated by CCA 1974 the agreement is made by HSBC and you the customer. It has nothing about amount of credit given, the credit charges, the rates of interest or whether it will vary throughout the course of the agreement, it does have your right to cancel which only states for a short time. It has my name and address and my signature and its dated. I would really appreciate some advice on where i go now and trying to prove its unenforceable. I have spoken to CCCS with regards to this debt and my loan agreement and they have suggested that i make token payments and i am suffering severe financial difficulties at the moment. I only sent this token payment last week for both debts (both in a managed loan now), i have had no response yet as to what they are going to do. I would really appreciate any help or advice. Look forward to hearing from you, Kelly.

  5. Hello all, new to this website and finding it very daunting! Basically i need some advice on what to do, i have a loan and credit card with HSBC and they have now put it into a managed loan, i was falling behind with credit card payments. I am currently out of work and i am wondering whether my agreements are unenforceable. They were both taken out before April 2007, i have spoken to HSBC asking them to send me a copy of both original agreements and so far this is the 3rd week that i am now waiting. When i get these agreements what do i need to do to find out whether these are enforceable? I know there are alot of solicitors out there saying that they can check these agreements but for a very high fee £500 at least, i think this is daylight robbery, and was wondering whether anyone out there could let me know how i would go about this myself. I would appreciate any help or advice. Many thanks Kelly
  6. Hello Everyone, i have just joined this forum and have been reading with interest, i really need some advice on where to start with taking on HSBC for i believe an unfair credit loan agreement taken out before April 2007 and a credit card agreement which was also taken out before April 2007. I have been put on to a managed loan with HSBC as i was falling behind with repayments on my credit card, the more and more i read about unfair credit agreements the more i think mine were unfair, but i do not know where to start with building a case to prove this. I have asked HSBC for original copies of both agreements, but its taken nearly two weeks for them to send them. I have looked over 100's of sites with regards to how i go about finding out whether they are unenforceable, and all i keep getting is solicitors charging nearly £500 just to have a look at your agreements which is day light robbery. If someone out there can suggest where i start it would be very much appreciated. I have already been successful in getting back unfair bank charges, and think i could win this one also. I look forward to hearing from you. Many thanks Kelly:confused:
