I have been dealing with these as well. I have had numerous letter from them. But everytime i call I get the "All operators are twidling their thumbs whilst watching funny videos on youtube. Your call is blah blah blah" or words to that effect and everytime I try to get to their website, there is nothing there and I am recommended to visit an internet service provider or something similiar. If I owe the amount, then I am willing to make payments to pay this off. However, I cannot get hold of them to arrange for payment!!! The last letter says, and I quote: "The documents for legal action are now being prepared by my department and if judgment is obtained, this could: COST YOU MONEY PREVENT YOU OBTAINING FURTHER CREDIT Send a payment IMMEDIATELY to stop this action being taken. Yours faithfully (followed by a squiggle)" Can you advise my next step? Thanks in advance!
