Singe 80-do you work for rossendales-they dont get it either-my daughter was not the owner of the car you dope when it was ticketed-but they are still trying to get her to pay the fine DUH-by ringing her everyday

This firm rossendales just dont get it-my daughters dealings with them are even more unbelievable-she sold her car through a car auction and 10 days later the new owners parked in a NCP and got a ticket-they have been chasing my daughter for well over a year now with usual letters and phonecalls phonecalls are still coming 12 months later -we dont know how to stop them -have written letter-ignored-tell them on the phone what happened and they can easily check with auction and dvla but they still keep ringing -yes i do tape calls-HELP????

I have sent off all the letters with budget sheets etc showing cant pay my debt of-it approx 25 thousand-this is since last oct 2008-requested cca had 2 replies and one was even the original APPLICATION form from 1981!!!!!!! but no cca-today i have recieved a new suggestion from them explaining why they dont need to send me a copy quote''your account has been in existence for a long time(1981) and you have drawn down and repaid debt on multiple occasions,thereby acknowledging that your agreement is valid and enforceable''-is this true????? Love to know what to write back to them now lol

I too have requested my the cca agreements-did actually get a signed copy of our application in 1982-well done tsb!! had the solicitors threatening letters the debt collection arm of Lloydstsb following the advice and writin all the letter recommended on here has helped so much its been brill-NOW i hav recieved a new line from them they say that i hav quote'' drawn down and repaid debt pn multiple occasion over the years thereby i am acknowledging my agreement is valid'' is this right??????

Hi had the same problem TWICE the money got taken out-Nov and DEC 2008-they refunded the first one in the 7-10 day period then said they couldnt refund the second one as they only do it once- even though i had no money left for food after essential bills in December(yeh it was a crap christmas)- i have changed banks in the meantime it just took longer than i thought to set up thanks to LTSB- i have an overdraft now left with tsb where they are adding on unauthorised fees to it each month for the amount as i cant reduce it gradually or they will take the charges for the cards again!! i have to pay it off in one go-so how??

thanks i will-been searching for a thread about lloydstsb-they took two months worth of payment from my bank after i told them with budget sheet i didnt have the money in december just before i closed the account-left me with no money for food at christmas=borrowed off my son-in bank they said they couldnt refund money as credit card seperate from them and now i have an overdraft with debt they have given me what do i do??

Have had second letter from \Debitas saying they are going to send people round to my home-even after i have written a reply to the first letter telling about the £12 default sums-having looke at lots of the capital one threads its not unexpected?dont know?have ben paying £1 a month token payment to cap1 since oct- wrote to them with budget sheets etc no replies only calls-help please would be appreciated-just sent off for cca aswell-had this account for years so long i dont remember
