Hi Scot Call sent me a letter today requesting i pay £333, the original debt has been passed over from Regal Credit to whom i sent a letter explaining that i did not recognise the debt. The original debt is for a 3 mobile phone which i used to have. 3 Made a mistake and i paid £250 then they requested a further £ 273 which i refused as they made an error now Scot Call have been involved what shou i o/

Good Morning All, I recieved a letter from Regal Credit for a £333 debt for a mobile phone. To cut a long story short while on holiday a few years a go my phone came to £500 of which i paid £247. I had agreed with 3 to have a max limit of £200 on my mobile. After which the account went into dispute. Knoe Regal are on my case. Shall i send them the letter to ask for a true signed copy of the alleged debt and the CPR letter as they are threating court action? Thanks jas:)
