Hi all, I have a solicitors letter offering me the full amount if I sign to say I agree to sign a "Without prejudice" form saying I must keep within the bounds of my contract with the bank. I cannot see any problem, but was wondering if anybody knows anything about this. Thanks

I am trying to get money back from lloyds, but the 'data act' information came in four different sections covering the whole of the six years. I think they are trying to make it harder for us. Anyway, just to confirm, we can request returned standing order and returned direct debit fees, overdraft interest, overdraft usage fees and overdraft excess fees ( i have no overdraft in place ). Thanks. Regards,

Does anyone know if I am able to claim back "overdraft usage fee" ? I have no overdraft in place. Thanks. Regards,

I got the data from LLoyds, but when I look at the spreadsheet to fill it in, the examples use a figure of £10. My charges were £27.50p Which figure do I enter in the spread sheet? ( I'm really in over my head here, but I hate banks and would love to get one over on them. ) Doing a good gob . Regards,
