Hi Mortgage taken out in 2002 i was led to believe that the mortgage PPI was compulsory part of the process. it ws only recently that i and my husband were made aware of the miss-selling. I and my husband have worked for our companies for over 20 years and both have sickness cover for 12 months . .we have had letter regarding this cover but as we were told it was compulsory never really questioned it until recently, .I did make sure we have 50% cover each as not knowing we could use another product or other means of cover... this is the basis of there rejection as well as the above.. .. we have cancelled this but need help getting our money back.

hi although i have had been apparently paying ppi for over 6 years and their summary of finding were that at the time for the non advised sael they had no obligation to discuss products with consumers.they had no responsibility to help us decide on policy cover. please help there is more on the letter very long

Yes penalty notice for breach of terms and conditions !!how long do i ignore them for and when do i respond?

Can i confirm a few thing before i ignore them..the tickets says its a penatly charge notice for parking in a private car park, and also states i breached there terms and comditions of the car park... event ho i had the right change and the machine decided that after several attempts of me trying to pay it then wanted a credit card...which i had to go and get from my partner only a minute away. i can still ignore this ticket ??

Hi i went to get a ticket from a machine in an ncp car park,the machine would not take my money,then it stated that only credit cards... i went to get my credit card and received a ticket within 1 minute of looking and parking. please help:mad2:

Do you have any correspondence from the Letting agent to say that they were using the deposit to pay the last month? As this seems to be vital! I have an email from them regarding using the of the deposit for the rent!! Does your Assured Shorthold Agreement (AST) with your tenant say that the agent was to place the deposit into the DPS? Another key part of evidence. the AST says the deposit will be paid into a DPS but not who's responsibility..however we were in Germany and did not see the money as it was paid direct to the letting agents into their account and they had full management of the property

What does your agreement / contract, between you the LL and agent, say that was agreed to? Does it say who is responsible for the deposit? The estate agents held the money and the rent was paid to them direct and they were paid for full management of the letting.They held the deposit and stated on the contract that the deposit was to be paid into a secure dps Who was the deposit paid to/handed over to? The estate agents we did not see it till the end when we got a money and email from them as last rent payment in agreement with the tennants. How was it paid: cash or cheque?direct to the letting agents we did not see it it was held by them When was the last AST agreement dated? 29/7/10 i hope u mean the county court order?? apparently the letting agents went to court and told the judge it was down to us..which was another lie.

Help i have received a county court order regarding not returning a deposit which the agents acting in my behalf promised they will handle.Apparently they failed to enter the deposit in the scheme and they lied again.They said as we were owed rent that they would take it out of this deposit....Please help we had a letting agents acting on our behalf and the court sent them the order but apparently without us knowing the agents went to court and stated it was our fault the deposit wasnot returned!!!:-x:-x:-x please help

:roll::roll: hi just to let you know that i got EDf to check my meter at a cost of £35.00 to myself and they found that their meter reader misread my meter by over 10000 units... so i got a new much lower bill and the £ 35 refunded so it was worth getting it checked

please can you help i retired in November 2009 and still have not received what i am owed by the company dealing with it....Basically they sent me a lump sum which i was due several month after i retired...they then stated that the have found another pesion i joined and that they would need to re invest this money and re calculate the money owed to me...in july they sent me the outstanding lump sum owed to me from this re calculation.... i then recieved a letter in august stating that by human error they have over payed me and they want £975 back.. i did point out that i have not yet received any monthly payment sine November when i retired and that this could be off set on the amount that i owed them..however i would like the interest and money back for the weekly phone call i ahve had to make and my time i have had to spend since November (calling from my new retirment home in Cyprus) to sort this issue back... Can i claim this?? they still have not been able to so out what they owe me monthly!! but they want money back from the lump sum they made an error of!! please help what can i do:-x:-x:-x:-x:-x:-x

Help i have reeieved an electricity bill for over 5 times its normal amount..we have not changed anything in the house and he done two reading a for the..it showed we used 11 unit a day but the bill for the last 1/4(summer) was for 150 units a day!!! what can i do i did NOT use that electricity something is terribly wrong with it..most of my reading have been actual reading but i can't see why its so high.. i have been thro all the items thay have suggested as using lots of electricity but i dont sit all day in my hot tub and sauna with the electric heating on and tumble dryer and immersions heater as i don't have them..... where do i go from here??:-x:-x
