Hi Guys i,m having similar problems with BOS and Wescot I sent a CCA request to Blair Oliver and Scott dated the 4th January 2010 since then i have not received any correspondence from them,however i have now received another demand for the same credit card balance from Wescot!!! giving me 7 days to pay, contact them "OR ELSE", it looks like they have passed on the collection as they cannot comply with the CCA request!!? do I wait the required time and then put the account into dispute with Blair Oliver Scott or send another CCA to Wescot? any advice would be gratefully received HELP!!! PJW

Hi guys i am having a bit of bother with Impact collections acting for Vanquis I sent off the request for a true copy of my CCA ,i received it outside the allowed time of 12+2 days so they are now in default on my request and this was just a copy of a random agreement with no signature on,i then forwarded the letter of dispute however i have now had another demand for payment and multiple phone calls which is amounting to harrassment, as the account is now clearly in dispute what are my options ? do i just ignore them as the debt is unenforcable or do i need to send any more letters,your help and guidance on this matter would be most appreciated regards twometer

Hi all thanks for the info i'm pleased i posted here first before jumping the gun i have,t had any contact by letter from Albion as yet ,just the Default letter followed by the notice of termination as i stated earlier i was notified i had until the 19th of September to clear the debt then received the termination letter on the 04th September!! any ideas how to proceed Pete

Hello Guys I,m having the same problems with Halifax i was defaulted and given until the 19th September to settle my old bank account however i received a letter on the 03rd September stating the debt was being passed on to Albion DCA I have not been given the indicated time to try and settle the debt and reading the previous posts this default appears to be now invalid/illegal ,I am going to send a letter pointing this fact out and will wait with baited breath!!! anyway here's a copy ,let me know what you think before i send it! Hi i am having similar problems with MBNA Amex until last month i have never missed a payment on any of my cards ,i contacted MBNA to sort out a payment plan however they were not at all interested ,i am now receiving several calls a day regarding this matter , as usual the interest and charges are piling up, any suggestions?
