Cardman If the last letter you had was a Notice of Visit from Rossendales you've got at least another couple of letters to come. I had mine mid January and since then have had two letters from Credit Security Limited. The first one DEMANDED IMMDIATE payment followed two weeks later by "legal documents are being prepared"

Don't play their game by contacting them, just sit back and ignore them;) The last one is now over a month old and I'm still waiting

Just ignore it and save yourself time, effort & money. For the newbees out there the letters will go something like this; 1

I suggest you just read the letters but do nothing, don't lie to them, in fact don't contact them at all. Just sit back and let them waste their time and money. They can only win the game if you agree to play it.

Mr Eee You can expect a couple more. We are on our third letter from Rossendales, but at least they say this is their FINAL DEMAND so this should be the end of it.

Hi Guys I'm new to the site and just want to thanks to all of you. My 17 year old daughter is being chased by UKPC and we need all the moral support we can get, it would be much easier to deal with if the they were after me. We've had a couple of charge notices from UKPC and now the first threatening letter from Rossendales has arrived, I just hope I'm doing the right thing by ignoring them.
