HI! I immediately send complain to the cao ,but there should be some format for formal complain to court and police and ballif. The county is essex court paid was stratford mag ,case was with redbridge court.

Hi! i was wronglly issued a distrees warrant from mag court the tine started to pay in installment was july 7 and the court payment se ction had from june7 they issued this distrees warrant without any notice ,i was regularly paying via D/D and in one occassion paid through bank in cash a day late ,they also refunded on month back and let the baliff carry one ,i had record of every thing sent e-mails and not satisfactory reply from account office and asked to deal with baliff.Iwent to my local mag court collection team office explained every thing the amount they refunded was paid t.They asked me to keep the receipt to show in case baliff turned up .the payment was done on 16/12/08 .Today at 6.00am the baliff started shoutting at my door step and disturbing the kids from sleep ,they were shocked,Iexplained to go to the court and check your warrent as the court issued it mistakenly and there is no outstanding payment left.They started clamping the vehicle and opened it as well.Iopened the door and showed them the receipt ,they didnot bothered and started pushing their way in ,my wif and children came down and called the police the police came and we explined they say they have the warrent and come in side at 6.00am ,i explaied the court starts at 9.00am they have to go back and check,In end they went back to check and police didnot took account of vehicle opening and physicall harasment into the property for which i called ,i notted the ID for police.Iwant to complint against both of them the baliff from MARSTON Group and the POLICE.Will appreciate any one responce thanks!
