  2. on Fri got a letter refering to their terms and conditions and they were not accepting liability but would offer us £1750. They took off the interest and said we had duplicated a claim so they got the total at £2300. do we accept the offer or go for the full amount? We are in Scotland so concerned that we can only claim a smaller amount at a time. Also don't want hassle from them and saw that Which has done a report saying some banks are hassling customers who have made claims. Any thoughts on this? Also they have charged us in the last couple of months so do we claim that seperately? would appreciate any thoughts or experiences thanks
  3. got a reply saying they would be in touch within 10 days. then received a letter on 11 Jan syaing they were looking into and it was taking longer . It is now 20 Jan . What should we do next, if it was them contacting me my money would be taken straight away! Has anyone else had a letter like this? Just wonder if they are snowed under with requests?
  4. have sent off claim for £2993 and had a letter saying that we will hear within 10 days. Has anyone had their od taken away after claiming? We have opened another ac but not as big od as fd. Would love views . ta much
  5. hi we have sent the letter off claiming £2993 and we have had a letter back saying that we will hear within 10 days and a leaflet explaining how the bank deals with complaints. One thing that worries me is that if we get the money back will the bank get funny and withdraw our overdrafrt facility? Has anyone any experience of this?
