I won an appeal in dec 2009, i was sent for reassessment in oct 2010-which I was found 0 points again for same condition. I am now in the appeal process again. It is obvious that atos have a vested interest in getting as many people as they can off s/b ic/ben.I would advise everyone to appeal. You have nothing to loose and everything to gain. The appeal panel are "human" and do listen. Take as much medical evidence as you can-be positive.Also mention things like would it be safe to work,ie do you take painkillers which make you drowsy?It is an offence to put your own or anybody elses life at risk while at work.Elf and safety! 8-)
