Hi, Not sure I have heard of debt managers limited - I guess its a DCA just like a lot of others?? I am being chased by NCO but have had dealings with others in the past - they just seem to appear out of the woodwork! I think i have worked out what the first steps are from the site ie; needing to request a copy of my credit agreement under the Consumer credit Act etc. But I have been interested to read about statute barred stuff regarding debts that are 6 years and over not being legally enforceable if no contact/ arrangements have been made...I think I have understood that right!

Hi Both, I'm new too. Finding the site mindboggling to be honest: so much I didn't know about!! Finding it hard to know what the actual steps are to trying to get things resolved without reading loads of threads and pages. Clearly I need to spend more time here on this site, wandering:confused:
