Just caught up with all the news PFF... go us!! Phoning FOS today... at their request... can't wait to hear!!

Just opened a letter from our friends at Pie and beer, despite me requesting original CCA and all relevant docs they have posted their screen notes... a very amusing read! apparently it took 3 seperate staff and 9 months to find us... when we haven't moved in 6 years!! a quick flick through the phone book on line would have done it!! (talk about hard of learning!!) Anyway, today is 30 days from FOS for the onus on them to resolve situation, needless to say tommorrow I will be formalising our complaint and passing to ASIC... they haven't done a single thing I asked! That takes effort!

Having too much fun.... thought i was supposed to be suffering at the hands of this DCA... instead entertained entirely! My argument for stress waning a little...

Greeno... go back to post 365 from WA Newman (current Pie and Beer fighting legend!) and follow his instructions... I literally copied from the post... and emailed my complaint... took less than ten mins and stops all action from Pie and Beer until resolved! Will be back to post email address... give me ten...

Hi Taormina Don't have any knowledge of NZ law but from what we have been working on (given that all our alleged debts are UK based)... unless CCJ issued when resident in UK -ABSOLUTELY NOTHING CAN BE DONE to recover your alleged debt... just a matter of telling the DCA in no uncertain terms so they leave you alone.... that seems easier said than done!! Good luck! ps. CCA is a credit card agreement assuming that is typo?

Got letter from FOS today saying Pie and Beer still members of FOS for a year and despite their recent letter from Balls legal, there can be no action against any who have complained until it is resolved. Let the games begin... hope Greeno they didn't phone you whilst in dispute???

Whatever the case and points of law and powers are, I will be requesting all info, just to reiterate my initial requests in March... still no docs forthcoming, and if court is imminent... it can only help!

Go for it pdkelly, we all are, and to all three agencies FOS, ASIC and Privacy Commissioner.... let's get this party started! And WA Newman is leading the entire Mardi Gras!!

Oops... real info is actually more helpful isn't it! FOS have given Pie and Beer 30 days to resolve their issue with us. Have called for all letters docs and VEDA file for investigation... I can't wait.

Saw your letter from our friends.... jealous! You could play them at their own game and ask a backpacker to photocopy it 3 times and white out the old numbers, and replace with your others. Then send them the copies and claim HEba had written them off!! LOL!

Hey Greeno... sounds like you have the right attitude! The catalogue of disasters that makes up Pie and Beer is boundless! Just close your eyes, pick a letter from them and start there... it's farcical.... oh no it's not! oh yes it is! Don't worry, every time some new debacle comes my way... Hello all PFF's... had a very interesting call from CEO of Pie and Beer today... begging and pleading my husband phone him to help reslove this whole matter... doesn't want to put us under stress blah blah blah... back and foot come to mind.... mind you I then nearly killed the local pizza delivery guy who accidentally pulled into our drive and I thought was a sherif come to serve a summons!!

Is this supposed to help or hinder SeeVee... most of us read these docs in Primary School... careful careful, you will have do better than that to convince the less hardy of us you are a friend....

It's oh so quiet.... I think the lack of response says it all?
