  1. Hi Intree, Well, I remember Sapphires struggle, so you have agreements with CCCS and there have nt been any failures, they will look vexatious in my opinion if they take this to court, your other creditors are playing ball, so you'll have to deal with these idiots in any case. Read Sapphires thread, Above all stay calm, If you have your defence ready, You can alert a site team member and get a proof reading of it just in case they can think of something extra for you. Make sure you send everything Special delivery, then confirm with the court they have recieved your paperwork. I'm sure someone will be along shortly to advise further.
  2. Hi Wilko Well if you dont own a house, as long as your situation hasn't changed from your last court appearance. I would personally NOT contact them and let them get red faced in court. The court determined that you would pay a set amount after concidering your situation so they can't really apply for something you cant pay can they. I assume you've gone through all of the necessary pre-trial stuff like asking for CCA etc. to make sure they were allowed to claim what they did? If not, I suggest you start reading up on the site to see if you can counterclaim and get the debt reduced or set aside .
  3. Hi Struggling You should def do the CCA first as AM suggests. Then when they dont comply you'll have paperwork trail in case they sell your 'accounts' on to a DCA in OZ. I believe that the UK has agreements in place for debts with Australia, Canada, Germany at least. So its important for you to go on the offensive. ( I know because I live abroad too) All they will send is a copy, but if they want to enforce at court they would need the original document. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. Just print your name in future for obvious reasons. Once you get your reply from them, you can then post up the details ( Deleting your details of course) Then someone will be able to assist you. Good luck
