Yes, first time. Looks complicated -
From Step-dad Defendant has filed a defence. "Standard" DEFENCE letter received objecting that Particulars of Claim disclose no reasonable cause of action against the defendant and makes no allegations against the defendant as to why the defendant should be liable to the claimant. Claimant should be ordered to file and serve an amended claim including identification of each charge, date and amount and why claimant alleges it to be a disproportionate penalty and therefore unlawful. Two weeks to submit response in form of Allocation Questionnaire to be accompanied by £100.00 additional fee. Any advice on way forward?
