forgot to add the car was seized and i believe disposed of

ok here goes i had a car which i left in a council carpark while i was away working in the middle east whilst i was away the car recived five fixed penelties for no tax as it ran out while i was away which i might add werent on the car when i got back !! now this is the crux . the dvla have sent enforcements out for 280 pounds for each quite a sum huh good earner what i,d like help with is are they allowed to do this as surely it would be a continuation of the same offence ?? any case law ? and as i,ve paid back tax on one can they claim back tax on all five notices ?

isnt it true that anyone selling finacial products such as ppi should be licenced by the fsa ? if so when did this rule or requirement begin

hi guys simple question are carlot salesmen allowed to advise on financial products such as ppi ? if so are they not supposed to be licenced by the fsa? and if so when did this start as i,m trying to reclaim ppi from welcome and was going to cite this as one of the reasons i believe i was missold

hi can someone help me with this ? i,m looking to reclaim ppi sold to me by welcome finance. thing is this i was advised by the salesman at the time of sale regarding ppi . my question is this ... Are people who sell or advise on finacial products supposed to licenced ? i thought this was the case my agreement was in jan 2006 just in case the rule came in after this

hi could someone help me out with this last year i started reciving threatening letters from lowell financial regarding an alledged ammount owed on a capital one dept which showed a default date of december 2001 i had no contact with anyone in all that time never ackowledged a dept or made payments on one it was as far as i and trading standards a statute barred dept after numerous daft thrats phone calls etc i decided this year to cca lowell which they defaulted on , to my surprise i was contacted by RED which i know is part of the lowell group , i told them i was awaiting their "lowell" reply to my cca and they had no right to pursue me as this was in dispute with the organgrinder for two months i heard nothing , until that is mckenzie hall stuck their whiskers for out of the sewer in which they live . telling me they,ve been instructed by their client or pursuers LOWELL PORTFOLLIO 1 LTD , original creditor CAP ONE, for 520 pounds of my hard earned my question if anyone can help is this Should all documents pertaining to this dept have been passed to mac hall ? and if so am i in a position to request these from them ? i know they cannot provide them as lowell told me they had no such documents i.e original credit aggrement etc. WHAT I WANT IS SOMETHING THAT THEY WILL DEFAULT ON and therefore cost them money ? not really bothered about their crap threats BUT A LESSON NEEDS TEACHING HERE !! ALL SUGGESTIONS WELCOME POWER TO THE LITTLE MAN HUH
