hello, my partner recently applied for a loan from yes loans and got told on the phone he had been accepted and once he had paid the set up fee of £59.50 they could process the loan which he understood as he would get it so he paid up and they sent out the paperwork, now as he works away from home i opened this agreement and have read the back and was very annoyed to find out this is not an agreement for a loan but for them to agree to look for a loan for him ( i could have done that and he could have given me the money he he). but seriously anybody know if he can get the money back as he has not signed the agreement and was deffinently mislead on the phone. look forward to hearing from you
