Hi Jamie, I just wondered how you started with your lift on the stay? I am about to start the process with A&L but have no idea what to do first!

Can anyone help me?! I started a claim against A&L in Feb 2007 to which they used stalling tactics all the way - a hearing was due last August but then a stay was put on it. I now want to try and get this stay lifted due to financial hardship but am unsure how to start. The courts have said I can apply to the judge and it will cost £75 but this very helpful website says to write to the banks CEO first. Which is fine but I just have no idea what to put in the letter. Has anyone else done anything like this yet?
