Hi, firstly, i have lowell chasing me for a very old debt they were sold in 2007 by capital one, this went to court before the debt was bought and has a ccj, lowell have a default on the amount also so it looks like i have 2 outstanding amounts, lowell dont have any info regarding the ccj. i spoke to the courts a while ago and they say a bailiff was never assigned, where do i stand? Also i have cap quest now saying i owe them for something, ok i might but can they ring an employer and tell them that they bought the debt? look forward to hearing from you JH

Hi, i have a question, i have a ccj on my file form capital one, i also have a default from lowel group for the debt they bought from capital 1, can they do this and who do i pay off? the ccj is getting quite old, ive spoke to various peolpe at lowel but they dont wanna know

lowell are chasing me for an amount which i wont admit to owing to them, however Capital one did take me to court and i do have a 3 year old CCJ on the amount owed, so can lowell chase me for the amount too? they do also hold a defauld in their name against the same account.

Has anyone tried to phone them recently? it seems all their phones are not in use or diverted to a mail box? plus ive had no contact from them chasing me for months now!

hi all, this is my first posting on here, im after some advice please. a while back i was defaulted by Barclaycard, they then sold the debt to HFO services, who on the same date also defaulted me? i have asked them for statements so i know exactly what im paying but so far they are refusing! my questions are: can 2 defaults be helt for the same thing? and can i remove one befor i talk to HFO? can HFO default me without any agreement with then signed? ive now asked them for a credit agreement before i go any further, and ive never agreed any amount with them where do i stand? i asked them for copy statemants, they sent me the last one showing 778 owed to barclaycard, barclaycard default is 1370.00 HFO same but in letter today they are asking for 1687.82??? what do i owe?
