just goes to show the power of knowledge, obviously helps me being related or knowing the right people, It seems thats what gets alot of people by in life! But I have to say still feel sorry for those not in the know, and maybe taken for a ride, so to put it!

This an extract from the email I sent to Rossendales Your ref: Your client UK parking control limited ref: Dear Sir / Madam. I suggest this email be read by someone senior within your co. as it contains important information. You should by now have recieved my recorded letter. references as above. Firstly my reply may not have been to your liking but an alledged debt & debt are two seperate things. As you are representing your client UKPC on an alledged debt for parking charges. I have to inform you that you to have now broken OFT guidelines as your client co. knows this case to be in dispute. As a supposed reputable co. it is now your responsibility to look carefully at any case before you start sending out letters of threats. You knowingly have broken OFT guidelines by sending me a letter. I suggest that you get your lawyer & look again at this case very carefully and the implications it may have or entail with your co., UKPC and all other Private Parking co.s. UKPC have not only broken OFT guidelines, but the traffic act, the disability discrimination act, and now the harrassment act along with other`s. You have now taken there mantel on for them where I have to tell you that I have been offered to me, the services of a top lawyer via my daughter who is a lawyer herself & researcher of Law at L.S.E.. If you like to check, just type in my rare surname along with LSE on internet. As you are now party to the allegations I have to inform you that, should I receive any further threatening letters, or have doorstep collectors turn up then legal action will be taken against you. You could then end up responsible for costs and court fees yourself. Ask yourself "Do I really want to take on UKPC`s dirty work" at the threat to your own co. You decide? I hope this leaves you in no doubts about where I stand! Yours sincerely It seems that had I shown my cards earlier it would never have come to this, maybe something in it for other`s as I received less than 24 hours later by special delivery a letter from Rossendales Collect I acknowledge receipt of your letter dated 26th june 2008, the contents of which are duly noted. We can confirm that we have terminated all action on the account and have returned all details back to UK parking Control Limited. It was not our in intention to cause any inconvenience in this matter and we thank you for responding so quickly to bring this matter to our attention. Yours sincerely client support manager It will be interesting to see what UKPC do now!

Did your letter say "You have failed to respond to our previous letter" Knowing full well that no previous letter was even sent by them. I think its easy to say that these debt Co.s and PPC`s would never work via sorting out any problems by the modern method of email, as a trace of proof would be had, but by this method, they can get away with it, and if it ever went to court, would simply get letter printed off with earlier date to make you look irresponsible! Just simply "A BUNCH OF CROOKS"

No UKPC don`t take people to court, I don`t know of any cases but the letter from Rossendales / churchill have sent letter threatening court on behalf of their client UKPC, "TO PREVENT THIS MATTER PROCEEDING TO COURT YOU SHOULD MAKE PAYMENT IN FULL NOW", but again I don`t think it will happen if they have half a brain, I think the idea is to pressure you into either paying or have the fat heads come around to pester you But still keep increasing the costs!! Is there anyone out there in this forum who is further down the line with Rossendales or are being taken to court by them, it would be nice to hear from you and where you are at!

Yes exactly, I thought about writing to UKPC with the idea of giving them 7 days to cancel my case or I will put it into the hands of a top proffessional lawyer, with counter claims & charges made against them backed by correct statuate law and in the correct procedure. But on the other hand as they seem to like to play games with people, it would be better to fight this all the way knowing that it could put an end to these PPC`s. After all it would do everyone a favour who has fallen foul to these Co.s I havn`t as yet used the fact of my contacts in my appeal, but it would be a lovely surprise for them to turn up at court with either themselves being represented or Rossendales, it wouldn`t matter a jot to me!

my daughter is a top lawyer within the magic circle as they call it and has told me that if it gets out of hand then, she will pass this onto one of her colleagues who specialises in the appropriate law, it could even mean charges being made against UKPC. They have alot to answer for, breaking recognised acts, guidelines etc Oh & when they lose the case, the costs to them could be the end of their practise for good. So in all I hope it does go to court. After all I feel sorry for the vulnerable who are at the hands of these crooks, parasites. They have alot to answer too!! It seems we dont get many comments from the UKPC trolls lately!!!

I have to say that i`m surprised or maybe not, at Rossendales taking on these so called debts for UKPC, or any other PPC fully knowing they are in dispute, then they to break the guidelines and put there own co. at risk

my letter is also from Churchill Recovery solutions, so called professional debt collectors, but if you look at footing of letter its from Rossendales collect ltd, obviously just another front from them. Rossendales, churchill whoever bring it on bunch of parasites.

If this is on private property or land that UKPC are operating, then there so called rules or contract whatever can only be viewed as advisory, there is no law to back them, that`s why they don`t go to tribuneral or court, they just hope to find someone who is either frightened, gullible or shall we say lacking on the knowledge side to pay them, PAY NOTHING!!!! Because they have no legal backing, they will stoop to breaking OFT guidelines etc

I would suggest to any one new too this forum, that they send reply in early stages by recorded post and keep copies, it shows that you are following your duty as a responsible person. It doesn`t matter if you were the driver or not, a photo is not proof that any law has been broken. After that ask for proof that they must declare for any legal battle to commence, (remember a photo is not proof). Then write cease or desist again by recorded & leave the rest to them, they will go away eventually!!!!

just had to write this as hav`nt b een on here for awhile, well the s*** keeps coming boys & girls, they are like a bad case of diarrhoea ,it`s about time we dried these b*** up for good ! UKPC are based entirely on there own rules as it certainly isnt law in 99 % of the cases, if everyone who had a ticket from UKPC was to dispute it, under the grounds that there is no statutory law to support it, then when they go to debt collectors, they are in actual fact breaking OFT guidelines & the co. then that takes it on be it Rossendales whoever are also breaking the said guidelines, this should then be reported by each of us too the said body. UKPC do not go to tribuneral or court because in 99 % of the cases they would have a massive hole in their defense, the only case I can think of is where they actually record on the big brother you reading terms and conditions on their signage & even this does`nt nessesarily mean that its understood! This lot if they ever take my case to court, will lose & I promise to all you faithfulll out there that I will broadcast it loud & clear, it could be the end for these a******** WHO THINK THEY ARE THE LAW

Thanks for the advice Barnsley boy, Yes, it was exactly how i stated it was, I am not sure if this road is private or not, will find out later today as im going back for video and photographic evidence. For one I`m not sure if they are breaking the rules regarding pulling up in a car on the said yellow lines themselves, or if the local authority know what`s going on here, as they have probably just tendered the parking control too this bunch of monkey`s. One thing I don`t like is being ripped off or seeing other`s suffer the same fate. As for the ticket itself, A 5 year old could fill in the ticket in 10 seconds flat, All they need now on it is DOT-TO-DOT for beginner`s, Its just so basic, probably abit like the so called warden`s themselves, "A bit basic", probably fresh out of the nick for g.b.h.

I have today visited potters bar and could not park during the dinnertime within disabled parking bays in the high street, I parked in station close nearby on yellow lines, a place i have parked before on the need to do so being disabled. It is a wide close but with double yellow lines on both sides. Today however when I left my car with blue disabled badge and timer correctly showing, i came back to a UKPC parking ticket on my windscreen with the contravention of parking on yellow lines. I vaugely remember a Black Bmw car as outlined above had pulled in front of my car itself on yellow lines a few minutes after I originally left it, I thought no more untill 10 minutes later i returned to my car only to find i had been ticketed and it placed over the badges displayed in my windscreen. Obviously he was the warden on BMW wheels you have previously identified although he hasn`t got the memory to write his warden number on my ticket. Although disabled i never take advantage of the double or single yellow lines dispensation unless I have too, always looking for a Disabled space firstly. Also i have never been ticketed before on double yellow lines , observing the restrictions and times. I feel this way of ticketing people is awfull and i don`t intend to pay this fine. I am going back to take photos of this said person in operation. Any ideas for my appeal or for getting this person made a scapegoat
