I had a debt with littlewoods which was passed on to lowell financial. I sent lowell a cca request about 16 days ago now. I read about getting a SAR request to see the charges on my account. Shall i do this now as the 12+1 days on the cca request is up? Also who do i sent a SAR request to littlewoods or lowells?

hi all, ive recently recieved a letter from lowell financial regarding my debt to littlewoods/shop direct asking for me to contact them over £2500 that i owe littlewoods. i have had a cca sent through at my request from littlewoods which i sent to www.debtline.co.uk. they wrote back to me say the debt could be unenforcable as it was signed 5 months after opening and recieving goods from littlewoods. i want to start paying back installments and set up a agreement. ive heard people have offered to pay back a percentage of what they owe and been successful. is this true?

recieved a letter today from hsbc after sending off my claim for a refund on charges. basically the letter stated they didnt think the charges were unfair and that they wont do anything until the outcome of the court case and that my complaint had been logged. What shall i do now?

hi, since reciving what i belive to be a cca from littlewoods im looking to start paying off my debt to them. my account is ful of late payment charges and debt collection letter fees. should i request for these to be taken off my balance? and where should i start when setting up a payment plan as all they keep asking for is hugh amounts to be paid off

my freemans debt was passed to eos solutions and now ive had a letter stating the balance has been sold to actio f. gmbh. it says they will be responsible to collect the outstanding balance but have decided to leave the account under the control of eos solutions. what does this mean and who are actio f. gmbh? i sent a request for a cca to eos a while back and havent heard from this this letter
