Hi i changed from Jobseekers allowance to Sickness benefit for a 3 month period of illness. I was given the forms but they never gave me the form for housing benefit. And never informed that i had to reclaim housing benefit now i am over 600 pounds in rent arrears. I have yet to contact the DWP about this. I am at a loss as to what to do. My question is if the DWP knew i was claiming housing benefit and never informed that changing benefits would effect this claim for housing benefit. Is there anyway to get it back dated as the DWP knew i had to claim housing benefit yet never even mentioned it. And has left me in the position that i may be evicted and put on the street. Because i never filled in a housing benefit form

All to prelevant now that the council and other bodies are using deceit and lies to get there little way. And it is always statute law which requires a contract between 2 or more parties to have any force or just you broke the law without stating which law. Got my phone bill this takes the biscuit a 15 second call to a mobile cost 66 pence it did not even connect it got an answering service. How can BT justify 4.4 pence per second or £2.64 per minute. I could have got a return bus journey and spoke to the person for real and still had change

As far as i am aware privately owned cctv or recording equipment is nothing to do with them nor is it illegal with in your own premises to record anyone and anything you want to. They have no right or any claim to that property and never will have so how can it be illegal when they have no right or claim to the property in question. Ask them what law you are breaking and to provide it in writing showing you what law you are breaking. Also never speak to them on the phone ask any correspondence to be mailed to you so you have it in writing.

No point getting a sorn because it is still on a public highway which sorn,s do not cover it has to be on private land. Sill think the dvla and police were acting like fascists. It is a public car park and the road tax was paid from Jan08 so the back tax was paid it run out on dec07 . I forgot about it that,s all. The fact remains they knew my car sitting without road tax and informed the local police to give me a ticket easy money. I wasn,t sent a reminder

I had a student loan for 450 pounds in 1997 it is now over 900 pounds . I stayed at a different address when i took out this loan. When i moved i forgot to tell them i had moved and as a result i never got the deferment letter. So as result i defaulted on the deferment as they were sending the letters to the wrong place The next thing i knew about it i was in court having a CCJ applied against me i told them i would pay them back at 5 pounds a week which they promptly refused. I told them that i am on Incap benefit after an accident at work and that any more would put me in severe financial difficulty. They were trying to get 20 pounds or more a week. When i refused they left it at that so now i have a ccj and a mounting debt that they will not let me pay off because i cannot give them 20 pounds a week off 59 pounds i recieve for INCAP benefit. I have tried to reason with them on the phone but they want play ball. No-one will give me credit because of this it is the only debt i have and it,s hamstringing me:confused:

I got the road tax on the 5th of last month and the ticket was issued on the 7th last month the road tax disc arrived on the 8th. It feels like the DVLA have sent someone up to give me a ticket because they knew my car had no valid disc because they had it. It,s like being caught in a mousetrap with no way out you lose no matter what. Anyone any suggestions or do i have to pay them this ridicoulous fine
