i dont think you have any right to pick anyone up on there spelling thats what this is not about.and why should bailliffs be allowed to bully anyone they can only bully people who are in this muddle because any one who like maybe you who are perfect dont need the bully boys round or maybe like miss confussed said maybe you are one of them.

dispute sending more letters warning capital one i have just had 2 more calls and when i told them only in writing please do i want to hear from u and told them they are breaking the Administration of Justice Act 1970, she reply ok i will call back later so now i have been on to b.t and the office of fair trading and have been asked am i logging the calls . which is yes and she will have some1 call me

thanks to u all its nice to know u have someone on ur side .inside of all theses companies either trying to rip u off with charges .or think they can speak as they like . i think we all have to now start to fight back

hi dispite sending and them recieveing a letter of harrassment they still phoning like mad . i have also sent them another letter stating im offering a token payment of £2.00 per month twice but no reply just these phone calls my husband now telling them put it in wrting today they ophone i answered the guy on the other end said i second im not sure i have the right phone number who i want to speak with i ask who do u want to speak with and who are u . he told me capital one i said anythink put in writing he reply no i have to speak with ur husband now i said no sorry in writing please he put the phone down on me so can any one advise what to do now cos my head is spinning with them

hi all can anyone help . my husband has a captial one credit card {owes £200] following us being out of work thru me being ill we are being driven crazy with this lot . every day now telephone calls . we have sent them a letter twice now offering a token payment of £2.00 per month {we have insurance with them but wont allow us to use if only if i get d.l.a ]i have sent 2 letter now offering payment plus a letter asking to stop all telephone calls .{letter recorded delivery and seen they have recieved it ] so where is my next step to get them to stop. please help

hi thanks for ur email trouble is i cant pay a thing at the moment coz income support is only £92.80 per week . im trying to find ways to save some of it but time u pay gas electric and food its all gone, i can understand how u must feel having to give them thugs ur kids dla money its so wrong i wish this company go popi was at a low when i said they can take the house sometimes u just get scared when u dont know whats gonna happen i guess u know that. it feels like they want u to suffer. but i will keep fighting this crooks nasrcity

the only way i can see i will get clear is let them have the house back and get the council to re house me cos at the moment i owe them less than a grand but i cant see myself being able to raise that in a year not and then i would go bankrupt so they would get nothing out of me then . so i think they really have to think how they apply charges and start helping ppl rather than kick them in the teeth. i know we took the mortgagaes out but most ppl do but i didt know i was gonna be ill like this . plus coz i was self employed i could take any insurance nasrcity

hi just read ur letter seem good to me . but i have just been working it out they are very clever with there charges coz if say u owe them 500 takes 10 months to pay off . so the 500 then becomes 1000 coz they add 50 per month making ur 500 doubled . so time u pay another 10 months to try and clear it they also add another 50 per month on top of that u will never get cleared unless u paid the 1 st 500 off in one go just check it in case i have muddle it up but i have sat here a good time working it out what do u think

i also have a secured mortgage but with just as bad gangsters as these [welcome]so ihave them on my back as well plus a few other if ur on income support u just cant pay and as i was self employed no insurance company will touch u im sure if we do enough research here and there we are gonna find a big loophole and god help em then nasrcity

hi i sent kensington a recorded delivery letter 3 days ago hence no phone call no letter tell them i am not going to have any canellation fee added to my account for the refusal of there debt manager i know they are watching theses sites coz my son had a letter from a solictor saying she had noted his points on the forums . so i think we have to be careful what we say here i have had welcome on to me saying they will now pass my debt to collection agency i said so what ur saying is ur selling my debt on he replyed in a way yes also being driven crazy with cap 1 [phone calls one after another so i certainly have pently of fight to sort the lot of them out yes and i will also send a letter that u suggested. also nothing to do with any of this but i noticed ur from essex thats where i was born and lived until 97

the debt is for only £200 and this is the first payment whe have had to miss . but there is insurance attacted to it but they dont seem to want to go down that route . so unless they give us the chance to use the insurance which we r paying for they wont get any money they say u have to be on job seekers not income support
