  1. By the way. There is nothing wrong with Pot Noodles, You SNOB I happen to favour the chicken and mushroom variety, but do need to add some Heinz Tomato Ketchup otherwise I admit it's quite bland
  2. This guy is a complete joke. I have a well established job, own 95% of my home, have no debt, loans or outstanding credit and I pay my bill and credit cards every month without fail. How dare you, Morris, tar me with a label when you know nothing about my circumstances? I, out of principle will not be paying a supposed debt that was REVOKED by BPM, who then sold my details onto CRS who were STUPID another to pay without researching into it first. What would you have me do? Pay £100 when I don’t owe it? Things bad at work? Me thinks CRS may be going into Administration. BYE BYE. People are not idiots. If I DID owe money. Why aren’t they taking me to court? WHY???????????????????
  3. Hi Again I had not heard from CRS for a while and then last Saturday received another letter from a different company called IDS collections, saying I have an "outstanding amount" of the same £100. CRS have obviously sold the supposed debt onto them, having given up themselves. I will not be responding to this company at all, even if they provide a 0800 telephone number.
  4. Just had that company called Scotcall round. I didn't even give them chance to speak. Told them that I wouldn't be discussing anything with them and could they leave my property. Which they did. I want them to take me to court now. I can't believe their cheek. I also can't understand why they are wasting money on a voided £60 ticket. I mean they must be paying these guys to come round my home a salary. Where is the sense in that.
  5. I have now received a letter, last week from a company called Scotcall. A doorstep collection service. They claim that failure to pay within seven days will result in a doorstep call. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of this company? What powers do these guys have? Is it likely to get nasty? Can I call the police? This had not gone to court and there is no mention in the letter about bailiffs, just doorstep collection. These guys at CRB will not accept that I do not owe them any money and I will not be paying a false claim for money, but I am concerned about them sending their bully-boy thugs round my house. Any advice please?
  6. Responded as recommended and I received my sixth letter from CRS this morning, stating that the debt had been passed on to them by BMP. So according to them the debt is still outstanding and still I owe them £100 (which has now been reduced by £125 ish, not mentioned by them) They are still requesting payment within 7 days, again they do in every single letter. It is a [problem], I am certain of this and I will not be paying anything. If fact I no longer feel the need to even acknowledge their letters and will certainly will not be phoning their 08707 telephone number. If anyone on here does happen to work for the CRS. I would like you to know that I think you are the **** of the earth and hope you are financially crippled and end up living on the streets. Could you not do something better with your life. I hope thats not to strong guys, but thats the way I feel.
  7. Mike To be honest I haven't had time to write and not sure now if I can be bothered to waste any more of my time with them. Although what Sidewinder says does make sense. I think now I'm just going to ignore them and wait and see what happens next. The CAB told me when I rung them last week, that they are not likely to do any more than write scary letters and he also said he would be very surprised if they too it to court. Apparently when they buy these debts they only pay something like 5-10% of the actual debt, in the hope of making a very good return. It is all scare tactic's. I would strongly recommend that nobody pay's them anything at all
  8. My problem is that as far as I'm concerned the ticket was voided by BPM. So I don't see why I should have to pay for a ticket that was voided almost a year ago. The lesson learned obviously is not to throw away these sort of letters. I am still not going to pay, as far as I'm concerned they need to prove that the ticket wasn't voided, surely these thing are kept on record and BPM have a record of this somewhere. I am prepared to go to court and fight my corner if needed, although I don't think it will get that far. I have contacted Watchdog, although I don't know if they'll be interested. Anyone had any further letters? I am not sure if I should sent a letter asking them to look more deeply into BPM old files to find their old letter to me voiding the ticket.
  9. Thank you very much for your reply. I will send a letter today.
  10. I am having the same problem execpt I did get a parking ticket from BPM, but it was voided by BPM because I disputed the ticket. There were spelling mistakes and the times were wrong on the ticket. Stupidly I did not keep the letter as I received the ticket over a year ago. Now CRS are saying we owe the money to them as BMP have gone into administration I have had three letters in total first £75 then £100 then £205+ interest at 8% The CAB told me to send a letter back stating that I do not owe them or their predecessor’s any money and I look forward to receiving any documentation that they have, which I have done. They have just sent me a forth letter today with a photocopying of the origional ticket, demanding immediate payment. How can I prove that the ticket was voided and is it up to me to prove this? I am getting worried now plus a little cross
