Excuse my ignorance :oops: - what is the difference & do either of these options mean hiring a solicitor? Have been snooping about the site for info & not come across anything yet - if am being thick & not looking in right place perhaps some nice soul could point me in right direction!

I've got approx £6.5k of business account charges with RBS - am hoping to reclaim as executor of my late partners account to put into estate for our son.This will be in Inverness - not sure if understand correctly though - does this mean the max (if any) we get would be £3k?

My case is complicated as mentioned. An old joint account, my partners business account - my partner has since died & I although I commenced proceedings myself I got nowhere fast.

Hi there, I'm a scottish newbie who started reclaim proceedings after last summers announcement. Due to complicated circumstances i decided to use a no win no fee agency, who so far have been very helpful. I have 2 claims, one business case, one personal. The business case is being filed this month & have decided to wait bit longer before filing the personal case. I've been advised that business case isn't affected by the current test case or have the same limits as personal cases? Does anyone have any experience of using no win no fee agencies? Thanks all!

Hi there, Sorry I've not been able to PM you. Not sure if am applicable, but I'm a Scottish Resident, have commenced a claim for more than £1500 for past 5yrs, is my first claim, although not on benefits unless Child/Working Tax Credits apply.. Cheers
