    have just receive a baliff ltr for unpaid c/tax from 1999 - 2000 a liability order. Never heard from them until today - does it still have to be paid or do this fall under statutred barred where if the debt has not been chased for 6 years or more it does not require payment

    good letter - can any help - have just had a balliff letter for a council tax liability order 1999-2000. Do i still have to pay or does this fall under the 6 year rule of statured barred?
