has neone go through the ombudsman for the return of there money from the banks instead of small claims courts if so how did i go for you,i have all my court papers here ready too file but just dnt have the £120

well hello people,still not heard nething from halifax after sending my LBA in so it looks like i will be sending my moneyclames in after the weekend fingers crossed.......

no i havnt sent the LBA as yet should i be sending the LBA now.i am writing a letter 2 my bank at the moment as i said i would accept the 1grand as part payment but the woman on the phone would not let me accept as part payment,could only accept as full and final payment

I HAVE THERE OFFER HERE IN WRITING,THATS WAY I PHONED THE BANK THIS MORNING AND ACCEPTED THE AMOUNT BUT TOLD THEN ITS WAS NOT FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT AND THAT I WAS STILL GOING FOR THE FULL AMOUNT,THATS WHEN THIS HELEN WOMAN TURNED ROUND AND TOLD ME THATS ALL SHE WAS OFFERING,SO NOW WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE AS THEY WILL NOT LET ME HAVE THE 1.167.00 AS PART PAYMENT AS THEY OWE ME 3126.00AND THAT IS WITHOUT ME ADDING ANY % ON WHICH IF THEY CARRY ON IM SURE TO BE ADDING THAT %

phoned the bank today asked if they have recived my letter and payment 4 my statements which i sent 2weeks ago and guess what NO which i was expecting from then but i spoke with a fella called John who said he would get onto it stright away free of charge,in one mth they charged me £475. in bank charges,how on earth can they get away with this....well they have with me 4 15yrs but NO MORE im ready to take this all the way thanx to everyone herexx

hi there and welcome,im also waiting on my statements its only been afew days sofar but halifax have come back with there offer of £350.lol ..... in just 1 year they owe me 21/2k so lets see what they owe in 6yrs cant wait

this site has changed my life,its given me hope and now my feet are flat on the ground and fighting all the way hehehehe the bank must owe me around 6k but still waiting for statements to come,shouldnt be long now

hi there can neone tell me after claming are moneys back from the bank and if the bank dont shut my account can they still charge us the same amounts,and what is the amount the banks can charge us;)

well hello to all,resived a letter from halifax saying they have tryed phoning me what a lie offering me a good will gesture of £390.00 which i have turned down, im still waiting for them to send my 6yr statements so its just sit and wait for them statements to come will keep you all upto date x

:-| well know news as yet lets hope mr postman brings me good news in the mornin but a question if ne1 can answer after ive got my money back from the ripping off bank what if they shut my account i have my house with my bank and can they give u any charges at all
