  4. I would send the £10 dpa postal order, regardless. Not sending the money could result in you not recieving your money sooner. Even through sometimes they will provide it for free as a informal request they could write and state they wish to recieve payment first. Its not like you will not recieve it back in the end!

  6. Sorry for not replying sooner, been busy decorating, they are back tommorrow. Loads to do. It does appear so, however I did say the same to her. If some one is reading then great, because it shows that a number of things, 1) We are not alone (can be very daunting taking on a huge company like that 2) We have many people to get advise from 3) They wont be able to fobb us off. I certainly did have to do it the hard way thats for sure, Now Im going after littlewoods and Captial one. Trouble is I owe money to both of them, am sure their are defaults on my name to so its going to be tricky. Funny enough I have recieved calls from both of them and I stated to both that I was going through the process of reclaiming my charges and as soon as I have recieved my statements I will total up the money owed and pay it all off, then get my default notice removed. Going to be a wonderful few weeks. THanks for all the good wishes people. Enjoy your monies when they are returned!
  7. Thank you, However with the survey in my case I applied for judgement, bank did not acknowledge! What number shall I put in. Haha
  8. Checked at five to four and no money was in the account. Recieved call at exactly four pm from Halifax stating that money was in my account. Checked and lo behold it was. Now I know what a great feeling it is. Captial One and Littlewoods here I come. thank you for everyone's support and guidance, especially Mr Martin! You rock dude. I'm extremely Happy.

Recieved a call from Rachel today stating that she still had not recieved word from some department regarding the interest, however she could confirm that the money will be in my account tommorrow. I asked her to put this in writing either by email or post and she said that she would do this afternoon. She has not done. I do not trust this person, I believe that Halifax is stalling. Cant seem to understand why.
  10. Thansk ohohoh, Good luck with your claim, not that you will need it. Still no money in my account. Sent email to Rachel today, just highlighting our conversation yesterday and stating that if the money is not in my account by Thursday 4pm I will be taking further action. HAs anyone actually sent Bailiffs to the Halifax yet?!

  12. Martin, I have done and nothing. Rachel had rang up to see how much the claim was for, didnt leave any notices stating judgement was satisfied.
