Well I know they have 40 days to get their act together to give me the statements before I can do anything else. I'm not quite sure what happens if it hits after 40 days though.

OK, I went into Lloyds today and spoke to "Linda" asking for "a backlist of my bank statements", she said "how many days back?" i said "since 2000 15 may" she then looked at me as if i shat on the desk infront of her :o , she then said "you get five statements to an envelope, a year would be a sack load, can you imagine 6 years worth!?":mad: anyway blah blah blah, i kept my cool and was polite but firm . She emailed her "head office" requesting for help on the situation, because she said noone has ever asked for so many statements in one go. She took my mobile number and said she would call me when she gets an update. I said "Thank you Linda" and left. Am I approaching this totally wrong or is it so far so good?
