Lol yeah I work as a IT systems specialist you could always just encrypt the drive with a lengthy key but the law has made it that if you dont provide the encryption password automatic jail without passing go, although createing partitions and formating the partition then deleting it again recurring will do the trick another method is to just say you use Linux on a Live CD as this only loads into your RAM no need for a harddrive so how could you of stored anything

What happens if your computer had been infected and being used to store [Warez] I.E Someone had exploited a service on your machine and was able to gain a terminal to which they installed a command line p2p client/server and was using your computer as a storehouse, would microsoft not be partly to blame for not releasing a patch for the service etc that had been exploited and how can they prove that you wasnt infected? I guess they would request some kind of proof but you have already formated your computer as no Anti Virus as of yet was able to detect the Exploit and you wasnt prepared to leave your computer infected. How did you tell that you was infected when your Anti Virus didnt detect anything ? you read an article on the internet that taught you how to close all applications that use the internet and then how to open a command prompt and type netstat -n to view open connections which revealed a continues connection all day to a certain IP Address.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could advise me I have been contacted by a so called Debt collection service who have told me they have recently brought my Debt/Account from Argos Card services and was looking for payment in full, When I explained that I would first need a Copy of the CCA they had told me I would need to write to them with my signiture requesting this as they will need to contact Argos Card services for this Document, Surely that is part of the Sale when this Debt was sold to them that they would have had a copy of the CCA sent to them when they brought over the Debt and I have heard recently that some Companys are Filling the debt to the Goverment as a loss to the company (Insurance Claim) which they have to provide the CCA document and then Still Selling the Debt onto these so called Debt Collection Agencys? Is there not a standard procedure that happens when a Debt is Sold and what is that Procedure? Also when they do send me a copy of the agreement am I right in beliving that my signiture should visible for it to be a true CCA as my wife had requested a CCA from another Agency who sent all the Details of the CCA but it was missing her signiture? It would only prove to me that they dont have the CCA any more but then the main question is where is that CCA ? Many Thanks
