when thousands of customers claim money back, lets say 50,000 at £1000 on avg per claim,thats £50,000,000.Fifty million pounds!!!.The money that they make by reinvesting , they make far more dosh ,so why be in a hurry to refund there customers.thats why they drag ther a..e .wouldn't you .I have 6 claims going at the moment,all doing the same .I dont care ,because winning will be so much sweeter.with more interest applied.

Yes you can claim further than 6 yrs ago ,You will need to write to your local branch.( Subject Access Request) under the DPA .I'm currently claiming charges on an account that they closed 2 yrs ago ,then when I have won will then claim further than 6 yrs.same situation as yourself ,Just remember that all there correspondance will come from Scotland ,You will need to keep yours sent to Your local Branch so you dont come under Scotish Law when you make your claim

I submitted claim 4th June on line ,today 7th have got a letter from court with ref no and date . I dont think that they will lie down,but the longer the wait the more interest.

I asked yorkshire bank 2 wks ago for statements(recorded delivery)had to wait 10 days ,for them to arrive.sent letter 19th may for money back ,received letter today 26th may ,I thank you for your patience in this matter,I dont hav any .but next wk I will put claim in county courts,they do this so you get fed up and give up.Dont ,they dont like people fighting back,there bully's,if you hav children you would tell them to stand up so you do the same.
