  1. Yes I did include the UTCCRs. But the OFT has already made a decision about these in their Credit Card report last year?
  2. I went to County Court today, vs Citi Cards and the judge stayed the claim until the "test cases" proceedings are heard in the Commercial Court between OFT and certain financial institutions. I thought that these "test cases" are just to do with Banks, however the Judge told me that they were to do with all financial institutions that impose penalty charges, so he "Ordered that: 1) This claim is stayed until one calendar month after final judgement in the test cases (including any appeal or 31st October 2008, which ever be the sooner. 2) Either party may upon notice to the other apply to lift the stay at any stage up to the earliest of the two dates provided for in paragraph 1 above. 3)If no application is made to lift the stay or seek further directions before the earliest of the dates provided for in paragraph 1 above the claim shall stand dismissed with out further order." Does any one else think he has passed the buck??? What should I do now? Apply to lift stay?
  3. Hi I have a court date early September with Citi Cards. I won't say when as they monitor this site and I don't want to give them any more help against me. I need to know details of any time they have lost or paid out before a hearing. Can any one confirm they have lost in court, and if so can they send me details? In their bundle they are stating that their actual cost of sending out a late charge "using OFT methodology" is £13.47! Anyone have any idea as to the true cost to them?
  4. Hi I am at court in very early September with Citi cards, is it possible to see a copy of the judgement made against them, as they claim they have won all so far, and it would be good to take in a document showing they have lost. You will appreciate I have not got much time to prepare. Cheers genghis01
