Hey I think we have been in the same situ regarding the banks raping us. I for one have been caused loads of emotional distress , weather it be through being unable to eat for days until I borrowed some money because the bank took £218.00 in charges in one month. I would love to take them for emotional distress.......hehehehee a good £20,000 for hurt feelings and the humiliation of begging crying and pleading to a bank cashier to return my charges. Now thats an idea !!

I sent my DPA to the Bank Of Scotland Head office Viking Way, Rosyth Europark, Rosyth--- and got five years statements back within 5 days with all my charges kindly highlighted. So thats an address to use.
