Yes- I am in court too- I haven't prepared a thing yet and have just posted a thread elsewhere to try and get some assistance. I am v HSBC though......

I've been through the whole procedure but have not had any joy claiming back £2300 from HSBC. I now have a county court hearing in Cardiff on the 14th August. I am confused on what I need to prepare in advance for this hearing. Can someone please advise me on what best to do and is there any way that HSBC may pay out before it gets to court? Any advice much appreciated.
