Good luck with it, I'm at around the same stage as you!! What did you put in your letter accepting the offer, but, requesting the full amount?

Hi I've been through the preliminary letter stages and recieved my statements from Barclays with no hassle at all. They have been a little slow but an offer letter came through the post today, their exact deadline! I am claiming back approx 1800 from them and their offer came in at 500, any advice of what to do next?
