Hi and Welcome I would say that as you have followed procedure and have initally given them the correct number of days then when your 14 days expires from the last letter you sent them then take the next step -being court action or Ombudsman which ever you choose !Nothing to lose and loads of great advise on this site Good Luck
  2. Hi It was over by £600-Ooops! Letter says-'We have been instructed to write to you as our Client is ,entirely on a without prejudice basis,and with no admission to liabiltiy,minded to enter into settlement negotiations with you but b 4 doing so we are told there apprears to be a discrepancy in what you are seeking.. We note from your pleadings that you are alleging that various deductions were made from your account over the last few years ....please provide info on ' Have provided info on specific charges as stated previously Court date is 7th August Havce to sit tight i guess.....

Hi Thanks for your support I have received a letter from their Solicitors saying that looking at entering into negotiations etc.etc. but that there was a discepancy on the amount owed could i provide a Breakdown by Charge,Date Debited,and how did i calculate interst- done this and sent to them-my original amount was slightly over what it should have been -do i need to send the Court anything to let them know the Amount is differant? Also received letter from Court to say that they had to provide details to Court ( my local one) by a specific date of their charging practices etc...... I do not have to attend on this date ....:-?

  5. Thanks! Will start Thread -i have phoned [problem],spoke to a guy who admitted that this may mean that the Bank are looking to settle!! The LTSB have put me thru 3 years of hell -so really want to do this! Do i need to fill in any forms to send to the court as its a differant amount?Also see from looking today i cannot request refund of 'Account charge'is this right?
  6. Hi -Feeling Very Confused ! I have filed MCOL on line,LTSB to defend all claim ( standard),now received yesterday a letter from my Local Court -Notice of Allocation to the small Claims Track Hearing for LTSB to send info etc.Also received yesterday letter from LSTB Solicitors saying i needed to respond within 14 days stating how i worked out interest and Charges etc-done this and sent to LTSB but Aaaahhhh!realised my amounts were slightly out -What do i need to do?

  8. Hi RCR50 Will keep you posted.. Have completed MCOL as a last resort as not got anywhere wuith everything else -are we talking 5 working days for it to be 'Serviced'? Am nervous as hell!!!!!
