hi just joined site for advice please ,I have sent the usual letters and got the usual refusals then sent the 14 day letter threatening further action if they dont pay, today i received another letter from A&L SAYING THEY ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING INTO THE ISSUE I HAVE RAISED AND WILL LET ME HAVE A RESPONSE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.with a leaflet giving their time scales ie 7days 28 days and finally 56 days my question is do i wait until the 7days are up etc or do i still proceed with either taking court action or going to the financial ombudsman service or do i write another letter giving them say another 14 days to respond then start the next step - sorry for the lengthy post but its my first post and i hope to have explained myself properly! i look forward to your replies
