i have put all my charges down when i first started a few months ago, didnt realise i could not claim £3 charges, will this affect my outcome? the rbos are defending my claim, not sure what to do now? -

just found out that rbos are going against me, not sure what to do next. do i just wait until the court get in touch with me?
